The other night we took the girls bowling for the first time, I can't believe how much fun they had (Adrianna beat my awesome score of 52). Looks like we might make this a regular thing!

Recently my dad purchased one of those thingymajigs that converts old slides into digital images. These are a few slides that he sent over, ah the memories of good ol' Aberdeen! I have so many memories of this place even though we moved away when I was five. My cousins lived right next door and we always had so much fun (you know the kind of fun where you come home plastered in dirt), not to mention my Grandpa's farm was a stones throw away. The Birthday Girl

This past weekend we celebrated Adrianna's third birthday with a Cinderella themed party. Thank you to all of our friends and family who were in attendance, Adrianna was spoiled. We love you all, thanks for your support!

Now a time for reflection, my little bean (nanna as we call her) is now three. She has grown by leaps and bounds this past year it's hard to believe that she's not my little teeny preemie anymore. Nanna is such a blessing to our family and a wonderful helper and sister to Ashlyn. I love how she asks "mommy can I hold you" when she wants me to cuddle her tight or how she says "Mommy I can do it." The girl is pretty determined to do things her way! I am so blessed to be the mother of such wonderful girls!

Potty Training

Do you remember this post? Well I can officially say that both my girls are now potty trained (with the exception of a little accident here and there). Tonight Ashlyn pooped in the potty and kept cheering herself on. After she pulled up her underwear she started to do a victory dance and told me that she was so happy. While I was a way in Colorado, my mother-in-law (GOD BLESS HER) had the patience to get the ball rolling, after I arrived home both my girls were peeing consistently in the potty! I am so relieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colorado

This past week I got to go back to my old stomping grounds. I love Colorado, it will always have a special place in my heart. While there I got to stay with my best friend Amy and play with her cutie daughter Jaycee. We spent New Years playing bunco, and who would of thought I was a natural! I also spent some time with my high school friends. Every year since our Junior year we have had a Ladies Christmas party. This year I was able to attend and reminisce with old buddies. And of course Amy and I got to do something we're pros at (oh how I miss thee Flatirons mall). Amy I miss you, so here is my top ten for why you should move to Idaho:

1. No one else will watch Twilight with me for the hundredth time.

2 "You want some cookies." Nuff said.

3. 24/7 web cam music videos directed by your truly

4. Both of us would have killer abs (you know from all the laughing).

5. Permanent babysitting

6. I'm pretty sure no one else will run into your room at three in the morning when they are pissed!

7. Slide show and a good home cooked meal brought to you by Kerwin

8. Dancing it out until we can't breath anymore

9. Because we both know that we can't take six kids to Disneyland by ourselves!

10. Because you miss me!

Page Family Christmas Party

Recently we made the journey down to Draper to celebrate Christmas with the Page family (my mother-in-laws family). John and his family were able to attend The Sounds of Sunday, it was a really neat experience for him.

The talented Ms. Areta was generous enough to update my hair. In the process the girls decided they wanted their hair done. They both got a well needed haircut.

While in Utah, we celebrated Laura's 15th birthday. She is quite the talented young lady and we for see her name in lights one day!

The Perkes Family. Phil, Marci, Ashlyn, Laura, Mike, John, Kellie, and Adrianna. We are so glad that Mike came from NYC to celebrate Christmas with us!

The girls have been talking non stop about Uncle Jay. He is such a sweet and caring man, and of course is a wonderful with kids!
