Flashback Friday

Ashlyn was six months in this picture. I miss the days when she was teeny, when all she wanted was mommy and her bottle. Notice her chubby cheeks and cute little bum!!

Shamu & The Zoo

The Beach

My dad walking down the beach at Mission Bay

This picture was taken from the terrace of our hotel room.
Adrianna was playing hide and go seek with "poppa."

Our little sand castle

Adrianna and Ashlyn loved the sand! They didn't want to leave!

The water was freezing but the girls went right in without any hesitation!
It was so fun to watch my babies excitement as they saw the beach for the first time.

My Dad was so good with the girls, I think he had just as much fun playing in the sand as Ashlyn and Adrianna John and Aaron trying their hand at kayaking
No beach trip would be complete without burying someone in the sand!

John served an LDS mission in the Los Angeles, San Fernando California area. IN-N-OUT burger was a staple of his for two years. He was excited to introduce us all to these delicious hamburgers and fries. I'm still full!

This my friends is called a 4x4. Four hamburger patties cooked "animal style." Pretty much they will cook any number of hamburger patties and put it on a bun. John once held a brief record of 24 patties (correct me if I'm wrong honey).

Ashlyn was so tired she fell asleep while crawling up to bed. The kids played hard and slept even harder while we were on vacation. We all got some great tans and had a blast! Now we are home and trying to extend this week as much as possible for school starts on the 25th. Where did the summer go? I wish it would last! After visiting California I have decided that moving somewhere by the beach wouldn't be half bad, plus 75 degree weather year round would be nice. Maybe I'll become a dolphin trainer at Sea World or perhaps maybe drive the tour bus around the San Diego Zoo!

Flash Back Friday

I can't believe my teeny tiny baby girl is almost four! Ashlyn is one day old in this picture.

Looking at this picture always breaks my heart, but this is Adrianna when she was a couple days old. Notice how similar her and Ashlyn looked when they were babies. Now they look nothing alike. I guess I'm a little biased, but my babies are absolutely gorgeous!

Commercial Spot

My mom finally decided to branch out with her business, Speech Therapy Services, and do a commercial. She also has a radio ad which plays on KLCE. Notice how cute my babies are!

Flashback Friday

So those of you who haven't seen me during my pregnancies will get a kick out of these photos! The first one is me six months pregnant with Ashlyn, and the second was a week before she was born. I feel bad that I really don't have any belly shots of me pregnant with Adrianna, but you get the idea. I think Ashlyn was ready to jump out of my stomach, notice how I'm shaped like a football.
