1. A beautifully stained front porch with built in seating
2. A backyard with an actual privacy fence
3. Beautiful hardwood floors
4. A mantel to hang stockings
5. Built in book shelves
6. Walk in closet and built in dressers
7. Quaint breakfast nook
8. The colors of the walls
9. Plenty of toy storage for the girls
10. The doors and door knobs
Also another favorite, my piano is moving in today. Love that I have plenty of room for it now!
