Adrianna: (Around 2 AM) Ashlyn, hey Ashlyn, ASHLYN! Are you awake?
Ashlyn: (In a groggy state) Nanna, shhhh be quite! Don't you know the whole world is asleep!!
Ashlyn: Mom, I have a rumbly in my little tumbly, FEED ME NOW!!
Adrianna: " Run Run as fast as you can, you can't catch me, I'm the danger bad man." (referring to the Gingerbread Man)
Me: Ashlyn you look pretty today.
Ashlyn: No mom, I'm not pretty I'm the most beautiful mermaid princess in all the United State!
Me: Nanna do you want some candy?
Nanna: Yes I want a tooxie (tootsie) roll please!
Ashlyn: (while I was fixing her hair) Mommy will you put two buns in my hair?
Me: Sure! Did you know that Santa Claus is coming to your school today?
Ashlyn: Yippie! I want him to see my cute little buns
(referring to her hair obviously).
Ashlyn: Nanna do you want to go to Sea World today?
Adrianna: Yes!
Ashlyn: There is sea horses and whales and sharks and Usulas and Ariels and Flounders and Sebastians at Sea World.
Adrianna: Oh wow!
Ashlyn: Mommy how many eyes do you have?
Me: I have two eyes just like you.
Ashlyn: Right, I have two eyeses and nice shinning teeth and a big bum.
Explanation: Ashlyn's pre-school class has a "foster" grandparent who helps out with the kids. Her name is Grandma Judy.
Me: (picking up Ashlyn from class) Tell everyone goodbye.
Ashlyn: Good bye Ms. Anne, good bye grandma Booty, see ya tomorrow.
Adrianna: (looking at flamingos at the zoo) Look mommy, it's a daddy mingo, mommy mingo, Ashlyn mingo and Nanna mingo!
Ashlyn: (While I'm drying her off with a towel) Mommy look the towel is brown just like me!
Ashlyn: Mommy, I want an apple.
Me: Ok sweetie
Ashlyn: ( singing while I am cutting the apple) Apple Mia, How can I resist ya!
Ashlyn: Mommy let's pretend it's Halloween. I want to be a silly punkin and you are the wicked witch!
Adrianna: Mommy are you happy?
Me: Yes I am
Adriann: Ok then clap your hands!
Ashlyn: ( on her pretend phone) Mommy, The letter M is on the phone.
Me: Hi letter M, how are you?
Ashlyn: Mommy did he say MMMMMMM.
Ashlyn: Mom it's 10:00, time to be a robot!
Ashlyn: Look mommy (pointing to a picture) it's a hopscotcher!
Me: Oh you mean Grasshopper?
Ashlyn: No mommy I like hopscotcher!

Ashlyn: Oh mom I just love your Apple Ipod! Can I have a pineapple Ipod or a grape one?
Ashlyn: Mom do I like fortune cookies (after receiving one after our lunch at the local chinese buffet)?
Me: I think you will like it if you just try it. Crack it open and look at the little paper inside. Mine says: You will run into some unexpected surprises.
Ashlyn: Ok mom, mine says: YOU ARE A FAILURE
Ashlyn: Mom did you know I have a boyfriend?
Me: Oh really, who is it?
Ashlyn: His name is A and he is in my class. But mom he bonked my head so I told him that he couldn't be my boyfriend anymore. Mom I don't like to have boyfriends anymore. I think I'll only have girlfriends.
Ashlyn: (to the jogger without a shirt on) Hey man, why are you running around naked? Put your clothes on!
Ashlyn: Mommy four children in my class made a bad decision today!
Me: Where you one of those children?
Ashlyn: NO mommy I am a good child
Adrianna: Mommy do you want to come to my gangster party?
Ashlyn: Mommy I love my little lives (referring to her bowl of Life cereal).
Adrianna: Mommy, meet my friend ghosty.
Me: Where is he?
Adrianna: Uh mom you can't see him cause he's inwesible!
Ashlyn: Oh my mother, I am so sad! Can you take me to the doctor?
Me: Why do you need to go to the doctor?
Ashlyn: So he can fix my broken heart!
Adrianna: (Pointing at John's razor) Ashlyn do not touch that, it is VERY danbgerous.
Ashlyn: Oh Nanna you are so silly, daddy uses that to wipe all the toothpaste off his face!

Fun flashback! It was great to see you yesterday, thanks again for the help, it took a load off! if you and John do not go to the fair call me and i will go with you!
As if this ever gets old... Your girls are total dolls. This is coming from someone who babysits them, and still thinks that ;)
I may need tips however on how to help Nana stop pretending she's dying when you leave?? She isn't bribed easily like my son.
Woo Hoo, Partay in Burley, I won't make plans...are Aaron and his wife coming also? I say bring em' all!
